CALL TO ORDER, President Lisa Slominski, 7:10pm II. WELCOME to everyone, especially guest Don Kossick from Downtown Ann Arbor. III. BYLAW CHANGES The change to the bylaws enacting a new committee system passed, while the amendment that added the description of the Secretary's duties concerning the website did not pass. IV. OFFICERS Nick Hoffman ran unopposed for president and Phillip LaRue ran unopposed for Vice President. Both were awarded their respective positions. Eric Machak and Lindsay Grude both ran for secretary, and Eric was elected. Stephanie Theis ran unopposed for treasurer and was awarded the position. Megan Foley dropped out of the election for Bulletin Editor and Jolene Schaefer was nominated along with Lindsay Grude. Lindsay Grude was elected into the position.
