  I.     CALL TO ORDER, President Lisa Slominski, 7:10pm


  II.    WELCOME to everyone, especially guests Don Kossick and Bill
           Tasch from Downtown Ann Arbor. This week's meeting was run
           just like a Kiwanis club meeting, so after guests were
           introduced the whole club took a part in welcoming them to
           the meeting.


  III.   SOCIAL COMMITTEE ANNOUNCEMENT
           The social committee had two big announcements for us
           at the meeting. They are planning a trip to a Pistons game
           for April 1st. Everyone who goes gets to be on the big
           screen and also gets a Pistons bag. Plus, five dollars
           comes back to the club, so encourage your non CK friends
           to come to this one. Also coming up is a trip to see
           Phantom of the Opera on March 26th. Tickets for each of
           these events is expected to be $35.


  IV.    NOMINATIONS
           E-Board Nominations continued again today following the
           same parliamentary procedure as last meeting. While there
           were no new legitimate nominations, the transcript is
           attached to this email.


  V.     K-FAMILY ACTIVITY
           The K Fam Committee put on an activity at our meeting
           where the club was divided into four teams. Each team
           had to complete a challenge at each of four different
           stations. Challenges included a word search, milk
           chugging, and 6th grade math worksheets. After completing
           each station, teams were given a clue, and after finishing
           all four stations the clues were used to fill in an info
           sheet about the Kiwanis organization. After the competition
           we created posters to represent the many different levels
           of Kiwanis. Don and Bill judged the best flag and the
           winning teams of both events got candy.
