WELCOME Welcome to everyone who joined us this evening, especially our many guests. We had quite a large number of people with us tonight with Kiwanians from several different clubs as well and past circle Kers from Michigan. The Michigan women's field hockey coach was with us as well. VI. INDUCTIONS We inducted 20 new members into the organization this evening. Congratulations and welcome. VII. SERVICE RECOGNITION We recognized members with 25+, 50+, 75+, 100+, 125+, 150+, 175+, 225+, 275+ and 325+ hours between April 2002 and March 2003. Thank you for all the hard work you have done this past year. VIII. KEYNOTE ADDRESS Marcia Pankratz, women's field hockey coach for Michigan spoke about the many parallels she saw between service and athletics and the lessons learned in each. She mentioned that she had been a stock broker and wanted to give something back and so went into coaching. One of the greatest parts of her position is seeing children become adults over the years she is coaching them. Special thanks to Ms. Pankratz for joining us this evening. IX. HONORS *Committees The chairs and members of each committee were recognized for all the hard work they have put in, as well as everything they have accomplished this year. *Club Awards Our club was honored with many awards over the past year. This year the board honored Kabir Seth for his contributions to the club. X. SENIORS Bill Tasch of Downtown Kiwanis spoke about the Kiwanis Family, and honored the seniors leaving this year. In addition, each senior talked about their time in Circle K and what it meant to them. We thanked the seniors with a CD containing the Circle K video from the past year and sun catchers painted by Lisa. XI. YEAR IN REVIEW VIDEO We watched a video reflecting on some of the memorable moments of this past year. XII. OFFICER FAREWELLS Each of the 2003-2004 officers spoke to the club on a personal level expressing their experiences over this past year and in Circle K in general. XIII. OFFICER INSTALLATIONS Our Kiwanis Advisor Don Kossick formally installed each of the new officers.
