CALL TO ORDER, President Payal Patel, 7:10pm II. WELCOME to everyone, especially guest Don Kossick from the Ann Arbor Downtown Kiwanis. III. COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS Any member who is not presently on a committee now has the opportunity to join one! This is a chair position, however it will be filled several months prior to the other chair positions in order to have plenty of training and transition time. Both applications will be available at the Circle K meeting on December 4th and at the website www.umcirclek.org. BOTH APPLICATIONS ARE DUE DECEMBER 11th! SOCIAL ISSUE OF THE MONTH Continuing with this month's theme of Children's Health, the MDER committee told us about several organizations that work to provide children with health care and work to protect their rights. V. BACK TO BASICS - LEADERSHIP The three tenants of Circle K are service, leadership, and friendship. The MDER committee lead an activity that helped us gain a little perspective of different aspects of leadership. On our first snap of the game: A) Navarre will throw a long pass to Braylon who will run for a touchdown. B) Chris Perry will run it up the middle. C) Navarre will throw it to Avant who will catch it with one hand because he is amazing.
